As long as he is playing regular football ( and he can be re-called ) then this is a good idea. Because hes not going to get games here. not yet anyway.

He needs to play, he needs to develop and he needs to come back to us a better player and he could be our main man up top in the future.

Flemish people are the Dutch speaking majority in Belgium (living in the northern part, called Flanders). Technically, the correct term would be Dutch speaking people, as some Flemish provinces are part of France and The Netherlands and some parts of the Dutch speaking part in Belgium is not really Flanders in the strict (historic) sense (for example Brabant and Limburg).

Lierse is a club from the Dutch speaking part in Belgium. :50:

    Your argument has no foundation.

While we're on the subject of Watt and how he'll be understood in Belgium, is English your first language?

To be fair after he bashed that one in past Valdes he probably thought he was Jesus!

A bit worried, like others, about our lack of striking options but i'm happy that he's been loaned out abroad. Belgium's not that far away and they all speak brilliant English (unlike him :56:) & he'll be playing every week so it should be a good move for him.

Good move for Tony to go and develop as a player and a person. Hopefully he will get the head down and concentrate on his football.

Hope Tony does really well. Good experience for him. Those commenting on his verbal skills should have more respect. Best of luck to him. Watt, Herron, Irvine and McGregor are really classy, amongst others. I have seen the Celtic youths play, very good technical players.

Good move for him. The guy needs regular football and he will be behind Pukki, Stokes and Balde in the pecking order here.

I hope it means we will see Atajic get more of a chance in domestic games though.

Hope he makes an impact over there, leaves us a little short up front though. Stokes is a reliable goalscorer and Pukki looks the part but Balde and Atajic? hmmmmm

To be honest, I struggled to understand some of what he said in the video, his speech is shocking.
