You guys don't realise how loud i was screaming for commons to turn and pass to him that time he was open. Was dying to see him score in the champions league. Then brown shot and he nearly scored the rebound. Kid is quality

Looks a real player alright. Hope Lenny gives him a start against Hibs.

He is Kenny Miller with a brain.

Hope he continues the way he is going. Can potentially be a big player for club & country.

When a young player comes through it gives me a lot more joy than chequebook stuff. This guy is amazing for an 18 year old. He seems so mature its almost weird.

He's better, he's decent in the air and he can actually finish one on ones! I see what you mean, though, the kid's a workhorse. Nothing about his game seems to be lacking too greatly and I think it's only a matter of time before his performances force him into the first eleven week in week out.

He'll be the james forrest of this season. Breaking into the team etc. Scoring goals, making an even bigger name for himself.

Watt looked lively when he came on tonight. Makes a lot of good runs for a such a young striker his partnership with Hooper is looking good. You can see Gary giving him pointers during the game and Watt seems to be flourishing. Its still early days but i think hes gonna be a great player for us.

He most certainly does not play like an 18 year old.

I dont really agree. Miller was all about running into space on the break etc. Watt has some pace too but he is more like an old fashioned all rounder CF who combines mobility and good ball skills with physical qualities. That is the kind of striker we have lacked for years. We always either had a wee nippy poacher or a not too mobile target man. This guy looks like he has both rolled into one. There are shades of Frankie Bhoy about him and maybe a bit of Viduka too looking at his strenght and footwork.

    This.

Feel like a proud dad watching the youths, picking out the good ones and then seeing them make an impact for the first team :smiley-laughing002:

Says I couldn't wait to see him in the first team in an under 19's thread last year. Watching him for them he clearly has the knack. Really like him. Not out of place in the first team at all. Can't wait to see him more and more hopefully :50:

He can read the game well, hopefully we'll see more of him in Europe.
