Being on the phone to someone at the other end of the ground and standing up and waving at them. They will never see you *.

Referees telling players to get up after not giving a foul.

The fact play is still moving is enough for us to know you don’t think it’s a foul.

Similar ones are curving their hands to represent “he got the ball” or pointing at the ball.

When there is some sort of "coming together"/ "altercation" and one guy is obviously the instigator and in the wrong and the other guy pretty much does nothing and somehow it is seen as right that the ref gives both a yellow :39:

I was shocked to see so many leaving the Leipzig game the other day. A few with wee kids - fair enough. But then you're leaving to sit in traffic in the car. What's the point in going to the game if you're going to miss the last 10 mins?

Other scabby clubs will look at it as a leveller against the big teams, so they'll start using it unless some sort of rule is brought in.

I believe there is a bit of how we were brought up in Belfast. You never ever got them * wearing green. It’s why the six counties soccer team have a blue away jersey and you will see as many Blue NI scarves in the crowd. We identified with colours strongly here and it was probably apparent to a lot who grew up in Glasgow. But definitely in Belfast as a kid you didn’t wear anything green into the city centre when they were marching. Nearly like LA gangs identifying with different colours and sports caps. I wear blue jeans and have a few shirts with blue on them but I never buy a royal blue solid piece of clothing myself.

Definitely! Crazy how the mind can do this with colours. When i see blue, i subconsciously think about the scum and loyalists. Its just one or them things that somehow are ingrained in us from an early age. I even tell the misses off if she buys the kids something blue. she tells me to go * thou :giggle1:
