    What do you reckon is better? I'm drawing a blank right now for a film that is better, albeit it doesn't really tackle the republican aspect as strongly as others.

    Hunger would be my number one not for everybody and Michael Collins maybe a bit more Hollywood but over all a better film I think

    i found hunger tough to watch in some parts H3 is another tough one to watch.

    Very brutal but at lest it doesn't shine away from that fact of that's what happened the scene with Liam Cunningham is absolutely brilliant and it was all in one take

    Ken loach has a newish called jimmys halĺ its set in ireland in the 30s its worth a look not as good as the wind that shakes the barley.
