    Not too bad, the worst bit is before dozing off and you are a bit hungry, stomach feels empty come 11pm ish. But when you wake up with a fairly flat stomach it's all worth it :56:

    I have a pretty solid routine in the morning so don't really indulge. Actimel/Weetabix/Juice then out the door.

    Aye, that's when I'm at my worst for the munching. Half the time it's out of boredom rather than hunger.

    I might try giving it a go but I have a few long days during the week. Leaving the gaff at 6.45am and not getting in til 10.15pm, so I don't know if it'll be doable.

    I’ve got a shitload of high street vouchers so it’d more than likely be Argos from the quick look at the shops they can be spent in!

    I need to sort the rubber matting first, been told Costco is best for that.

    Had a few runs earlier this month where I started to feel * after about 6 minutes, though still able to complete my run. Been running the past few days and I’ve felt noticeably fitter, so going to keep plugging away. Weights wise I’ve been doing a mix of crossfit classes and free weights, mainly focused on my core and lower body.

    Nicotine as a performance enhancement supplement .Not good been an ex smoker .I smoke when I drink alcohol but one day last week had a few sober .Good apetite suppreser want to try the vapes I got some energy off them .

    Been off the beers for a while since I was getting a bit of a belly and losing ab definition, I know it's pretty bad practise but I'm pure obsessed with the numbers on the scale and on about 1500 calories a day apart from Saturdays roughly and aim for 130 but often quite a bit more grams of protein and under 40g of fat a day. Do cardio 2-3 times a week and weights 3-4. Been doing dropset workouts 3 sets of 8 then 4 of 9 with lighter then 5 of 10 with lighter again. Does anyone else do similar, had just been doing like 10 sets of 10 with moderate weights before and canny tell what's best, or is is just personal preference?

    Does that mean you are doing 12 sets of an exercise? And 10 sets of 10 reps before?

    That's a lot of sets! Or is this some sort of circuit thing?

    Also, what is your goal with the weights?

    Sorry, was rushing back from lunch and explained that horribly. I meant before my workout would be for example 10 sets of 10 with 10kgs each side but now it's something like 3 sets of 8 with 15s and 4 sets of 9 with 12.5s and 5 sets of 10 with 10s. So aye, 12 all in.
    Goals are basically just to be lean but not pure skinny with a bit of definition and strong enough not to get bossed at football.

    I’ve lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks just by cutting out *. Still been drinking, now and again, plus having takeaways at the weekend but from Monday to Friday it’s literally; breakfast, lunch and dinner with no snacks.

    Still not had the time (or energy!) to clear the garage yet to start a weights setup. I’ve got 20m2 of proper gym flooring sitting waiting to be picked up as well, really need to get my * in gear.

    I used to cycle to and from work, but haven't done for over a year now. Feel * for it. £700 bike lying rusting because I can't get myself up for it.

    Three days in a row at the gym I’ve been smashing cardio then following it with a kettlebell circuit. Feel good but worn out at the same time. Rest day tomorrow then back at it on Thursday.

    For those who are in love.....
    Been starting back my workouts in door's press ups, sit ups etc..

    Not been on my runs for a bit but gonna jump back on that and get some weights now it's getting colder for in door's..

    No been drinking or anything for month's so been good that way..
