    So out of nowhere I've noticed, for the first time in my life, I've got a wee bit of a belly on me :giggle1:

    Well that is all the motivation I need. Intermittent fasting and sprinting galore for the next while haha. Anyone know if doing weights helps to burn fat? Haven't been to the gym in a while.. getting back at it this week.

    Done my first yoga class today.

    Jeez talk about a struggle lol it was good though feeling it.

    Will make it a regular thing

    Plus the view wasn't bad either :86:

    Done roughly 60 hours before, was much easier than you’d think mate. Didn’t even feel hungry waking up in the morning after two days aff it. All your senses are so * sharp, felt like I was on psilocybin tbh haha.

    Was pounding black coffee + lemon drink with turmeric n a few other things in that people recommend. Just reintroduce food v slowly after you’ve broke it. Fruit etc.

    I just kinda done it on a whim to see how it felt plus after like two days your body goes into this crazy self cleansing mode, can’t mind what it’s called but well interesting to read about.

    Going extended periods without food is obvs what the human body was built for so it’s very unnatural the way things are now and you realise this the longer you go without food. I wanted to keep going longer but it’s only something you can do if you have the time to do nothing imo. Loads of sleep + weed actually helped take my mind off eating for the first time ever :giggle1:

    Really made IF a lot easier to maintain aswell so defo give it a try if you haven’t already :50:

    Nice one. Aye I'm still getting tore in, moving up the weights again.

    Away to Dublin next week and was looking for somewhere to go a few days but probably lying to myself that's what will happen. Bicep curls with 2 pints of Guinness maybe.
