I have completely lost it. Haven't hit the gym in 3 weeks. Eating like *, losing all the gains.

Lifes been hectic with a new job, new relationship, but still can't use that as an excuse. Need to get back to pushing myself on. As soon as I can get a few pay cheques in the bank... MASS GAINER IT IS.

Do some press ups as soon as you wake up, start your day the right way.

Aye 3 weeks feels like a life time off from it, just keep turning up even if you are just going through the motions it soon clicks back into place

Down to 193lbs this morning so 7lbs since the start of the week, granted a fair bit of water weight.

Hopefully be back in the 180s club by the end of the weekend.

Started doing an ab circuit at the end of a few exercises. 4 ab workouts with no pause then a 2 minute break - do it 3 times

    I'm not picky.
I know exactly how you feel. Since I started driving last year (I'm a truck driver) my weight has been going up and I stepped on the scales this morning to see what I am now at and I've gained quite a bit of weight which I'm * off at as in 2016 I lost almost 90lbs. I knew I had put on weight this last year but I didn't realise just how much and I definitely don't wanna put it all back on. I'm trying to get into a healthier eating regime for when I'm driving and with my shift pattern (I do 4 on 4 off) it's tricky to keep to a regular healthy routine.

I really need to get back to going my bike rides and weights but I'm finding it tricky to get back into the habit of it all. I'm hoping that seeing what my weight is sitting at now helps kick-start me and gives me the boost I need.

Struggling like * with late night cravings.

During the day I’m fine, eat healthy don’t feel hungry then when I get home after dinner like 9pm cravings start but manage to go to bed.

The past few nights I’ve woken up at like 12/1am and munched half a loaf with chocolate spread, cereal and crisps and *.

It’s like I’m not even making a conscious decision on eating this *

    Indeed they are.

I’ve noticed costa are now doing cinnamon brioche buns.... I’ve started going to Starbucks in a bid to avoid them.

Just returned from a two week holiday in Italy.

Went on the scales there and apparently I have put on 11 pounds :55::55:

That’s what two weeks of Nastro, pizza, pasta and ice cream does to you folks!!

Don’t feel like I have put on that much. Did a lot of walking, drank a lot of water and had eggs for breakfast every morning.

Had a feeling I would put something on obviously but didn’t think that much but some of the clothes I brought over didn’t feel that much tighter on me, that’s why I’m very surprised it was that much. Actually thought there might be a chance I might lost a bit with the amount of walking and the amount of water etc. :giggle1:

Fitbit says I walked just over 100 miles over the two weeks so averaging just over 7 miles a day.

Will try another set of scales :giggle1:

Gutted if true because I had lost 1 stone and 7 pounds before that.

Done some weights last night after doing mostly running and bodyweight stuff for football pre season (the team folded FS!)
Hopefully manage to build up a bit of strength again.
Weighed myself this morning, dunno if my scales are broken.....63.2kg! That's like a child!

Yeah hopefully mate! That’s what I was thinking. Went on the scales the next day and it was saying 9 pounds instead of 11.

When I first started the diet I lost 8 pounds in a week so hopefully I will do the same again. Again I think that 8 pounds was water weight.
