    I struggle with the supersets in my gym as well mate, depending on what time I go. Pain in the *!

    The programme is really good though, so would recommend you do what you can with it!

    Managed to put a stone on in 2 weeks simply due to both being in the gym lifting dat iron, but also being a greedy semi-alcoholic * who cannie stop drinking the now :56::56::56:

    Aye, had put on a bit of weight the last 6 month due to working like * all that jazz, probably in total could do with dropping 2st.

    Need to get aff the beer man, but this weather is just far too inviting :56:

    * depressed this morning.

    Had to ask my boss for bigger work shirts till I lost my holiday weight then one of the boys from another yard said “you ate well on holiday I see” :90: fml

    There’s a bake sale on at work today. Looks delightful. And it’s payday, and Lidl is next door with its sexy frikadellen, and I miss my donuts.

    Totally slacked off from doing weights and any real workouts of note with the world cup being on and a mystery illness I'm currently having tests for. Still been managing some press ups and a bit of running and 7s. Will get back on it on 1st July.

    Been hammering cardio this week, with a lot more running outdoors instead of on the treadmill. But it's also pay day and the roll n sausage and black pudding is on its way. :giggle1:

    In all seriousness though getting straight back on the heath kick after Saturday seeing as I’m going out all day boozing and sniffing for the roger waters gig.

    Just spent a whack on “fat burners” etc going to eat at maintence levels for a couple of weeks and let the workouts/drugs do the business.

    Still waiting for my thyroid to recover to normal function, unfortunately this means I’ve gained a ton of fat because I haven’t been paying attention to my diet.

    Well struggling like * to get back into the swing of things, zero motivation, zero energy

    Diet has been up and down, sleep has been * and have been feeling pure lethargic even fell asleep yesterday on the m8 and ended up in the hard shoulder.

    Need to keep on trying like kick starting an old motorbike, one time it will click

    Motivation found...unfortunately at the price of tipping 200lbs on the scales this morning, 20lbs gained in the month of June ffs heaviest I’ve been in years.

    235lbs at my heaviest 4/5 years ago and 170lbs my lightest last year.

    Hammered 60 mins intervals on the elliptical this morning so that “2” on the scale is gone by tomorrow.

    Last posted on here in September, I'd lost 5 stone. Its up to 7 stone now. Been gradual for the past 6 months but still getting there
