Exercise is challenging for me as being a full time carer for my mum my time is limited. That's another reason why I have to keep my emotions in check :smiley-laughing002: I get a good walk on Wed when mums at day centre and we generally try to go somewhere nice to walk. Last week we walked from Aberdour to Burntisland along the coastal route and back and that killed a couple of hours and around 18000 steps. On the Tuesday we walked around Strathclyde park twice.

I started out doing Monday and Wednesday as fast days but I switched to Thur instead of Wednesday as I wanted a proper day off to relax. I try to do some weights every other night and I use my hula hoop out in the garden when the weathers nice. I'm not massively big either being 5ft 3" and now 9st 6Ibs but I kind of like the idea of being in the lower end of my weight range.

Plenty of people would use 'limited time' as an excuse to not exercise so fair play to you.

I mainly do cardio through football, squash and sprints through the week, hikes on a Wednesday. So I know I'm doing enough, it's more my nutrition that I need to watch. If I could fit fasting in twice a week I know I'd shift weight quicker.

As of this morning down to 189 lbs, in recent weeks bar a couple of weeks that I didn't lose anything from a couple of mad binges. :smiley-laughing002: I am averaging a fat/weight loss of 3-4 lbs a week.

This week has been horrible. Seemed to be surrounded by junk food and i felt bad not eating it since others bought it.

    Feel like a mess :smiley-laughing002:

Hopefully lose a few pounds next week when i'm back at work.

    Nothing worse mate.

I'm back at my maws and the place is just filled with Coke/lucozade, biscuits/sweets and crisps etc etc.

Hence why I follow such a strict diet because my brain is unable to switch off as soon as the sugar gate is opened.

Nice work Tim, in fact a reckon if you continue losing weight at that rate you'll eventually get a sexy six pack which your misses will love and most likely be glad to open her * pipe wide open so you can eat a bowl of Wheetos out of:56:

I've 2 stone left to lose to reach my goal, really hoping to do it within the last 2 months of the summer break I have, I only have 3 celtic tops that fit me currently, everything else is too big :56:

Yep was just over 19 stone when I decided to start losing it, I was always fat so never cared when I put more weight on.

Much happier since I started losing the weight :50:
