    They are just baby steps JC, we got a similar pattern last year too after exiting the CL. The facts on the ground are not changed one iota however you try to shake it up. We are out of the Champions League again and Aberdeen are five points ahead of us. Nothing has changed.

    Shinnie's the only one who would get into our squad. There're other good players but why would we have Hayes in the squad when we have Forrest, Mackay-Steven, Commons, Rogić, Allan, Armstrong, Christie, McGregor, Stokes and Johansen?

    The CL failures are a worry but domestically we'll be fine..

    Qarabag and Ajax have showed Ronny can get results in Europe.

    Really? I'd rather a natural fullback than Mulgrew - he was turned inside out in the Malmö game because he doesn't have the pace to play there.
