They were last year though, last year the players were actually really fit, every game we were putting a lot of running into it and Johansen, Brown and Griffiths were flying shutting down everything that moved. It's not happened this season though, would point to the players bought into playing like that at first and enjoyed it as it would have been something new but as time goes on they can't be arsed putting in that work any more as they've just not got the desire for it and are fed up.

Deila keeps saying when we play at our best we are very good but I can't recall any very good performances under his realm.

 

I think you're over thinking it, ILTC. Deila's failure to get more from the squad could come down to a number of things. Formation, tactics, team selection, motivational ability and man management could have just as much of an effect on performances as training methods. We can only speculate as to the true reasons behind our failings.

 

Well that's not his fault if the players won't play at there very best. Sack the whole team and keep Ronnie

It's sad that it has to come to this but if the board are gonna stick with him, needs must.

 

Hate when it comes to this but I think protests from the crowds are the only way to make this board see sense.

If we don't get an early goal Sunday the crowd are going to turn real quickly and the atmosphere will be poisonous.

 

The board are not scared of ransom notes because it involves paying out money.

 

I hate seeing those type of banners in the crowd, the board already know we're not happy.
