    its amazing what coke does to your voice! he seemed to change from the stereotypical troubled troubador to * mad coke fiend in a year. i'd reccomend getting look at the fool if you ever see it again, maybe not as good as greetings from LA but well worth a listen

    For me Tim Buckley's best song is Sweet Surrender. His singing is amazing on that. Pleasant Street is a classic as well, as is Phantasmagoria in Two.

    I like his funky stuff like Devil Eyes and Get On Top which live sounds like the Stone Roses jamming.

    Also Because of You from Sefronia. So many songs!

    He was a great artist, more varied than his son.

    Funny you should mention the Stone Roses. I am the Resurection has the same riff as Buzzin Fly on Happy Sad.

    Aye, I noticed it on the live version of Get On Top from Honeyman. The jamming bits with the wah wah guitar sound just like the Stone Roses, or rather they sound like his band!
