Shambolic performance featuring Bobby Gillespies finest drumming moment.

Great thread chaps:50: I'm a big fan of Buckley and Bowie. Happy Sad is my favourite Tim Buckley album. It was always a good one to slip away to at night.

Bobby G also played bass for the Wake who were one of the many factory bands.

He wasn't the best by all acounts lol. There is footage somewhere.

YouTube - the wake - here comes everybody

Sefronia is a good funky one as well.

I loved his late 60's, very early 70s best I'd say although everythings worth a listen. I loved Goodbye and Hello.

I can't remember hearing Look at the fool although no doubt there are some songs on ma boxset.

That's right. First time I heard Sefronia was when my brother got his hands on a cassette tape from the Barras! I've got it on CD now right enough. I don't own lorca though.

I like it. It's strange how his voice developed from folk singing to this funky "coke legend" sound. Brilliant though.

You're right about the album cover lol. It's actually played a part in why I don't own it. I've seen it for a fiver before and was put right off it! Sounds good though.
