I saw this weeks ago and tbh it just left me feeling very underwhelmed.

    A pretty forgettable film.

That scene makes me flinch every time. Splits him wide with that club.

That whole storyline was great though. Old man Bacala getting one last hit. Brilliant :giggle1:

I've watched every episode of the Sopranos at least 4 times, can quote nearly every scene.

I won't watch this film again.

That's what they should've done in the first place, as it was always a better fit to expand upon as a series instead of trying to cram too much in and by doing so, ended up half-*'ing and making an underwhelming movie, while tryimg to chovel in fan service at the same time, which really wasn't necessary.

Pretty much on the same boat. Watched it once thought it was pretty pish, thought I should probably give it another go. Lasted about 20 mins the second time before throwing in the towel.

What’s this new HBO series going to be about now?
Dickie’s dead and his story wasn’t very interesting at all.
I was so excited about this movie but, having seen it twice now, I’m sure- it’s really pretty *.

Just give us something set in the present day, don't care if it revolves round the New York families.

They could do something about the ‘Off the boat’ generation. Tony’s grandfather etc (although I don’t think he was ever involved). Just to show that the ‘golden age’ of the mob was never really that golden. It still attracted the same kinds of pieces of * as it did in the sopranos.

I thought it was quite good tbh.

Yeah it doesnt do the Sopranos justice, but what would.
