As has been said for ages, Edouard is better with the ball at his feet, running at defences. Sinclair has more of a poachers instinct than Edouard as well and gets in better positions in the box. Johnstone is more likely to get on the end of a cross than Edouard as well. It's the weakest part of his game, as a striker.

Quite honestly... and people wont like to hear this, sevco have never had a better chance to beat us.

No tims in the stadium, tory boy running the line, shredded wheaton the man in the middle, wee toblerone dome back scoring regularly, and most importantly... weve been pretty * this season.

Form has been very patchy and if were being completely honest the only reason its "tight at the top of the table" is because of our stuttering performances.

That being said, recent comments about the fixture from both managers is extremely telling. Whilst BR has been assuring media vultures that we are "150%" ready to go, wee slippy has been yapping about ice flying around dressing rooms and telling players to "come and find him" to declare their readiness.

If we turn up we win, and comfortably. Its as simple as that. The issue being theres more than a few occassions this season we simply havent shown up. But that result at the sheep was a real marker imo. Great character and a marked indicator of champions.

 

Would like to see Compper get a run out for this one.

 

People have been saying the same every time we play them. Last match was apparently their best shot because we had the worst defence in footballing history and they were better than Brazil.

Tbh their best chance was the 3-2 game where we didn't play well and had a man sent off.

I doubt we'll let them get near us after all this talk. They should be mentally weak as well. You can tell December has taken it out of them and Gerrard has been sticking the boot into his own men.

 

Its just my process mate. I * hate these games as im riddled with anxiety for days before kick off.

Im a superstitious man, and i dont like to break with my tradition of being anxious and being fearful.... seems to work.

They will come flying out the traps to nick an early goal to have something to hold onto.

If we can weather the first 10-15 mins without conceding a silly goal i can see it being 3 or 4-0.

I genuinely fear for our fans going their though, could turn nasty if we pump them.

 

Like every other game since Rodgers came in I think we will * them, they’ll come flying out as they do at home but once we start to control the game they’ll crumble and we will pick them off, 3-0 Celtic

I'm going 2 or 3-1 to us, I do think that wee * Morelos will score but I think McGregor and Ed will score our 3 (Ed x2, was gonna add Christie at first but nah).

Long as we don't make silly mistakes that's more the worry.

 

Generally, when Celtic have needed a performance/result under Rodgers - we've gone and got it.
People talk about this being their best chance, but their best chance was when they were flying high and we we re down to 10 men, then burst their bubble.

They're a decent side and are capable of causing us problems, but we have the experience the quality and the attacking threat to overcome whatever they throw at us if we're at our best.

The important thing is that we don't give them a headstart and keep the crowd quiet.

 

Really praying Kieran makes it! 3-1 to us I think

 

If Boyata and Benkovic play well keep a clean sheet take care of Morelos as he's the only 1 capable of scoring for them, we'll win the match as midfield to front they wont keep us out.

 

This is how I think BR will line up, I think KT will play and that was mind games . They will prepare with LB being our weakness.
