    Last episode was darkest and explained a lot of the story. Good solid run and ending.

    Watched it with the misses in three days. Definitely worth a watch but I think it’s overrated. Creepy yes, scary no. First few episodes are slow, but it’s the characters that drew me in and made me watch on.

    Might give it a go...saw the trailer last night!!

    Only thing that i can genuinely remember scaring me a bit was a couple of episodes of a programme called Armchair Thriller that was on ITV back in the late 80's. I was however, younger than 10 and looking back if it had been these days and i'd blabbed at school the social would probably have beaten me home!!:fear:

    Yeah, The Exorcist and all the other suspects are a wee bit jumpy but this freaked me out for a couple of days. The music was creepy as * as well!!

    These episodes were called 'The black nun'

    I really enjoyed the whole show. personally I wouldn't call it a horror show, it's more like a family drama with scary elements. no jump-scare-in-your-face-fest. it's slow, calm and rather touching.

    Finished it last night.

    It’s fantastic. Great acting all round, really well crafter plot with some twists, and a creepy as * atmosphere.

    Thought the tone shifted at the end, which didn’t help...but it’s a great show that I’d highly recommend.

    I take it back...for the first time in many many years i have just shat myself at the scene in Episode 8....Holy *,my TV was up loud as * as well.

    I was laughing after it,something ive never done because i was so startled by that scene.

    Nelly's ghost screaming in the car?

    I'm never jumpy at scenes like that, but I absolutely shat it when that happened.

    Just finished it....Great show,Loved the ending as well....nice few twists.

    I really hope thats it though and hollywood/Netflix dont * this up and make another season....This should stand on its own as a classic

    Really enjoyed it I have to say. The mother is a nice bit of stuff too and Theo is the absolute spitting image of Angelina Jolie.

    Finished this last night and can honestly say that it was just "alright". This kind of show is generally up my street to be honest but I don't think I could genuinely recommend this to someone and guarantee they'd like it.
