We cant get CL dropouts bro, one of the benefits of finishing top of the group :50:

Also we are 100% seeded aswell.

    Europa league money.

To date we have made €9.2 million, this is not including the €1m for winning the group or the €0.5mil for making the last 32, so we have made €10.7m.

Factor in the gate money from the 3 games that will be roughly £3.5 - £4mil then we get a share of the tv market pool, I'm guessing here about 2.5/3 mil.

In total it looks like we have made £17 mil which is pretty impressive and with another last 32 tie including gate receipts and more TV money it'll will pass the £20 mil mark!

Get through a couple more rounds and we will be at the £30 mil mark!

Only maybe about 5/6 years ago this is was the sums we where getting for making it to the champions league.

    Long live the europa league.

Looking at last year, All group Winners were seeded and some CL drop outs were Unseeded, so you could be right. But I am sure I heard them say it last night

Thanks for that mate. I had no idea we made anywhere near that. Not champions league level but still not bad.

I think I heard them say it, but pundits are so often wrong, but 8 teams come from the champions league, 4 seeded and 4 unseeded. So we won't get any of the 3rd places that were fighting for qualification until the end and could get the ones go get 3 or 4 points.

Arsenal will have a new manager and will have spent in January, I’d rather avoid them.

APOEL are the only confirmed runners-up at the moment. It's very early days but even now i don't think it could get much better than that when we know all the sides.

so we are defo seeded then, as I see we dropped out of the CL, and drew Zenit and played at home first leg. So even though we were ex CL no seeds, hence we played away second then. Im assuming its a lottery re ex CL teams whether they are seeded or not?

think the 4 third placed CL sides with the best record go seeded and the other 4 go unseeded.

Having the 2nd leg at Celtic Park will be huge regardless of the opponent.
