Very rarely I ever actually place a real bet but seeing as it's Xmas I decided to try 5 aways

    Aberdeen 7/4
    St Johnstone 11/10
    Newcastle 6/4
    Cardiff 13/10
    Sheffield Wednesday 5/6.

Good odds or would it be better to have a small online account?

    Weekend Coupon

    Tips for the weekend folks?

Was thinking Aston Villa, Stoke & Sunderland. All away to Bristol Rovers, Gillingham and Peterborough respectively.

Too good a bet to turn down with odds of around 5/1 surely?

Might shove a wee tenner on that one. Stoke usually do alright in the cups, O'Neill's Sunderland will be right up for it, Aston Villa should have enough to see off Bristol Rovers. You would think with them being EPL teams that should be enough to see them through but you don't know who'll be rested and such. Tough weekend to call with it being cup games (as if it isn't hard enough!!)

    Going for this myself

    Cowdenbeath @ 15/4
    Win-Draw-Win
    Cowdenbeath v Hibernian
    Cardiff @ 10/3
    Win-Draw-Win
    West Brom v Cardiff
    Swindon @ 19/10
    Win-Draw-Win
    Swindon v Wigan Athletic
    Bristol City @ 15/8
    Win-Draw-Win
    Crawley v Bristol City
    Coventry @ 13/5
    Win-Draw-Win
    Coventry v Southampton
    Notts County @ 11/4
    Win-Draw-Win
    Doncaster v Notts County

£2,316.78 for £1. Also put £1x20 on the trebles as well to hopefully cover

Waste of a fiver there mate. You'd have been better going down the supermarket and getting yerself a six pack to have while watching us tomorrow. :50:

    My weekend bet is.................

Brighton to beat Wrexham @ 4/9
    Swindon v Wigan - Wigan(Draw no bet) @ 4/6
NY Giants to beat Atlanta Falcons @ 10/17
Martin Phillips to win his 1st round match at the darts @ 2/5

    £34 if it comes up.

Coral are doing some great odds on the Hearts v Auchinleck game. The odds for 6-0, 7-0 and 8-0 are all pretty generous.

EDIT: They've withdrawn the 8-0 odds. Even 4-0 is 6/1 though, pretty good I'd say.
