UKIP will get heehaw - they might, just might get one but it's highly doubtful.

The Greens will be laughing if they can get the predicted 8.

SNP are going to gobble everything up. It'll be interesting to see who wins the tussle between Labour and the Conservatives, although I do believe Labour will just shade it.

    How so?

What exactly is lunacy about their policies?

In an ideal world, they have the best policies, however in capitalist driven world, they look mental.

I think UKIP will get something like 5% of the vote, that should get them at least 2 seats. Wouldn't be surprised if the Greens get more than 8 seats either, they're above 10% in some polls.

I got some Tory bumf thro the door today . Ruth Davidson holding the SNP to account it says on the front. so phoned their Edinburgh offices and asked what was she holding them to account for. The girl at the other end asked what meant by it, i told her i hadhad some election bumf posted thro my door, she said i shouldnt be rude , i told her i hadnt been rude, yes you have she said you used the word "bumf".

I then phoned Inverness and they couldnt answer the question either, Aberdeen office was closed . I will try and get a hold of Ruthy babe to get an answer

Aye that is cringey as *. :56:

I mean I detest her party, the people, the policies and such and find it a laugh that her parents support SNP, however at least Kezia Dugdale is campaigning for the top job. Yet Ruth is actively campaigning to be the opposition. They have very little policy ideas, in terms of the heavy hitting areas.

I looked on their site and they don't even have a 2016 manifesto up yet I mean what the *? A Conservative insider was in the Scotsman or some pish slating her for basically providing no policies they would enact as government, merely campaigning as an opposition.

They call Nicola 'wee nippy', yet that's all I see from Davidson - whinge, whinge, whinge. Blame the SNP for everything.

The school fiasco in Edinburgh, built on Labour's watch under the disastrous PFI scheme heralded by Gordon Brown should have everyone frothing at the mouth. Yet, wee Davidson seemed to only criticise SNP - blaming them for not inspecting enough. Aye, not Labours fault for using this finance initiative, saddling Britain with hundreds of billions of debt - repayable by 2032, nor the shambolic construction companies.

All she talks about is another referendum yet say's that's all we talk about? :56:

She's lambasting the other parties for allowing their members to choose which way they'd vote in another referendum, therefore basically saying all her members MUST vote 'no' - bit undemocratic there like.

Sorry, should we go back to discussing really interesting and important stuff like what size our dicks are? :87:

Tell her to cold call me. I have far more colourful language than "bumf" that I reserve especially for Tories. :50:

Well that's not true. First vote to SNP and second vote to another pro-Independence party(Greens, Socialists etc) is the way to go if you want to drive the Unionists out of Holyrood.

Hopefully the SNP can increase there seat total from the last Scottish elections so as to have as strong a hand as possible in quickly pushing for an independence referendum if the English vote the UK out of the EU.

I obviously know that Marky however why waste a vote is my point. SNP both votes and increase the amount of SNP MSP's we have, while also destroying labour. As for voting for other pro Independence parties, why should they benefit from SNP support, they have only came so far off of the back of us.

Exactly now we need to tell Marky that as well mate and anyone else reading this :50:

Anyway for anyone interested postal votes should be arriving from today , so for anyone who has a postal vote get voting and vote SNP twice :icon_mrgreen:

But if the SNP get the vast majority of the constituency seats(which they will) then a huge amount of the list votes given to the SNP will be effectively wasted because of the proportional system. It will allow more Liebour and Tory MSPs to get in. If the Greens/Socialists get a lot of list votes then Liebour and the Tories get hurt both ways.

Maybe it depends if your end game is to get as many SNP MSPs in as possible or to ensure as few pro-Union MSPs as possible get in? I am in the second camp.

Its to get as many SNP MSP's as possible because its proportional it will benefit us as well. The official stance is for SNP supporters to vote both SNP, so we get as many as possible and * the rest of them. They got a big enough platform in the referendum because of us.
