Tam Rogic

Completely agree with this his fitness has always been an issue. He has often struggled in Europe as well for the same reason.

In terms of being back up, I am sure he is one of our better earners, like Ntcham that we can’t really afford on the books as a back up.

 

Another on on the for sale pile for me, you wait and wait for him to do something fantastic, he’s a luxury player in a position where we have better options for the first team, not including who the new manager will bring in or see at the club. Cant ever see him being a 90 minute every game player for us and often doesn’t come on and impact games when we need it. Time to cash in.

Him and Bitton should have been moved on a couple of years ago.

 

We have a habit of holding on to players instead of selling when their stock is at it's highest. Mainly because our recruitment is a shambles and we can't be trusted to replace them. Ntcham being a prime example. Imagine we had sold him to Porto and used the funds to actually sign one or two decent players. Now we're stuck with a guy we'll be lucky to get anything for.

Hindsight I know but still.

 

Exactly. Could have sold him and Boyata for 25 million that summer. We had no one líned up to replace any of them. Never tried to replace Armstrong ,Dembele and Roberts either. Boyata left for * all and Ntcham is about to do the same.

That summer was the start of the disaster we are in just now. Our recruitment has been a shambles.
Holding on to huffy * with inflated egos that have been scraping by since that summer.

 

So true. And we did have a replacement lined up for Nicham-McGinn.
But that Boyata * show was a direct result of * poor effort from our recruitment department-guy going to a world cup with 1 year left on his contract and no replacement line up-criminal.

I would love to know how a guy like Rogic can go from our best player to invisible with in a couple of seasons. He should be fit enough to be able to show the obvious talent he has but something isn't right with him.

Another waster needing shown the door

 

Why is it that people can lay the blame for other players decline in form and drop off in consistency at the feet of Kennedy & Lennon, and yet when it comes to Rogic, there this double standard in place?

Not arguing that his performances have considerably dropped off, but its the same for so many in the squad, but others are getting that 'lay the blame at Lenny' and being allowed to skate the blame, so am not debating the questions that have been posted about his lack of form etc, when there are so many in the same boat why the double standard?

 

Players like Rogic will always be fan favourites because he can produce moments of magic at the drop of a hat like treble cup final against Aberdeen or the first in the 3-2 win at ibrox.. these moments tend to outweigh the absolute * he produces alot of the time.. not sure many players would get away with not been able to play more than 60 minutes in most games...when these moments of magic dry up what is left? * all in my opinion.. Fans hoping these magic touches will suddenly reappear.. not for me, hes finished at Celtic id say...
