Not sure if he is maybe looking for a move in Jan or not, but he seemed to getting back to his energetic best today, not that it helped today's result but was still good to see.

 

His passing is always * he should give up football and concentrate on law.

A waster

 

Had a great chance to slide a pass in for Leigh Griffiths to score but chose totally the wrong option and shot from about 25 yards that the keeper saved easily. Wrong option and very greedy. Not impressed with him this season at all and looks out of his depth in Europe.

 

Think I’m being petty here, but, anyone see him at their penalty? Just stood at the edge of the box with his hands on his hips, literally didn’t move a muscle. If there was any sort of rebound he would have had zero influence following it.

Don’t care what the result was at the time etc but that was a poor show from him.

 

Bang on mate it's been all about him this season, definitely believes his own hype..

Easy pass on loads and he's went for the glory to impress potential suitors, just want him sold for a decent fee now.

 

His head isn't here in my opinion..

He wasn't even terrible when he came on today but if you look back to say Fir Park when we were 2 down. This guy was playing like his life was on the line. Chasing every ball back. Like a man demented in to 50/50 challenges and never say die attitude..

That's not there now for me..

 

Forgot about that. Think it was McGregor who was on for the pass then he half arsed the shot, slipped a bit as well..

That really * me off today its not the first time he's tried some long range screamer in a game when there's much better options available, fine when your coasting the game but not at 3-0 down. For somebody who supposedly scores belters all the time his shooting's been rank rotten for ages.

 

He's been so poor but we know what he's capable of which is the most frustrating thing. Last season he was unstoppable. This season he's a shadow of that player. I know a lot of folk credit that to the uncertainty over his contract situation but I also think a lot of it is fatigue. He's been heavily involved in our treble winning season last season throughout and also heavily involved in the international set up for the last year. It's taking its toll now by the looks of it.

The entire team needs a break and he will be one of a select few I hope take full advantage of recharging themselves and coming back after the break 100% fit, ready and focused to knuckle down and show everyone he's got the ability to reach the heights of last season.

 

His stock is plummeting and he needs a couple of quality goals to stoke up a bit of interest in England again. We are then in a position of do we play him so we might get a bigger transfer fee or drop him because his is only interested in self promotion.

 

I'm completely guessing here but he may have a club lined up. Even back to signing the contract... so might not matter..

 

I genuinely think thats the situation with Dembele. Tbh if any of them have an eye on the exit door its best to get rid in Jan.

 

Hopefully, anything over £4 million I’d be delighted with. He’ll fade into English Championship mediocrity within 2 seasons of leaving. His perception of his ability far outstrips the reality.

 

Wouldn't be surprised with that. Brendan spoke about 18 month cycles and this is it I think for Dembele..

Also whenever he's injured he's always out for a bit and really carefully managed back which possibly is to do with player, maybe not even deliberately but self consciously just knowing the windows coming up..

Was brutal before that. Gave the ball away 3/4 time's in good positions and his set piece's were pitiful. That freekick just outside the box that didn't beat the first man was criminal..
