Rogic is twice the footballer, doesn't mean he's twice as effective.

Rogic and Armstrong's level of technique are on different stratospheres. It just so happens that Armstrong's engine is a vital attribute domestically, particularly when he's playing as well as he did last season. In Europe, however, Armstrong sticks out like a sore thumb because he doesn't have a first touch at that level, or the composure to pick a pass under pressure.

We have brown, eboue, ntcham, mcgregor who all offer the energy of armstrong, we only have rogic who is capable of what he is

Not even sure how you quantify the first part. You judge a player solely on technical ability?

Its not just a quality that is limited to domestic football, its a part of his game. The big miss aside, Armstrong was magnificent against Bayern, for example. Also Armstrong always seems to turn up for games against Rangers and has put in some of his best performances v them.
Im not too sure that Rogic has had many stand out games in europe himself?

I really like Rogic and i appreciate what he offers. On his day i think he is a silky player but i do think he can be a bit of a luxury and over a run of games i think Armstrong will contribute more.

Brown and Armstrong were great last season. Im a fan of Mcgregor. Ntcham will prove himself to be a player but needs a few more performances in bigger games.
Eboue isnt in the same league.

Eboue isnt in the same league? Based on what? We spent 3m on this 19 year old who so far looks to have a fantastic future, will more than likely go on to far surpass armstrong, ntcham has already shown hes a far superior player

Played well last night but that's what we expect from him, he can't cut in Europe so he'll either be sold or accept he'll be a squad player for domestic games.

Carried away a wee bit mate. Based on the fact he has done absolutely nothing yet to suggest he is.
He has played nowhere near enough to suggest he will become a more superior player. If what you were saying was the case, he would be keeping armstrong out the team. In reality he is still a fringe player

Hardly to blame, but his passing when he came on was absolutely abysmal.
