Mate, you're reaching. That is literally par for the course, can't blame today on the ref having a bad day at the office. There is blame to be shared for today, from Ange's selection, to the players' performances, to the kit clashing putting players off a pass even momentarily potentially, the full year undefeated and a degree of hubris, lack of respect or losing focus on the League in contrast to the last couple of European games etc, St Mirren are now 3rd for a reason, as they have been winning games.

Blaming the ref for today? Mate, there is no way you can put that one of the ref.

absolutely mental decision making from ange. He isn’t above criticism. I don’t mind losing a game but that today was unacceptable and with 2 weeks to sit in it now makes it worse

Aye frustrated he couldn't best his man or get a decent ball into the box ? Probably frustrated with how * he was playing along with most of them.

 

What was the reason for the wholesale changes? We don't play a game again until the 1st of October.

There was zero respect for St Mirren. Couldn't even figure out the fuking strip situation.

Really unprepared. It's on Ange here but he'll learn from that. That's the positive to take from it.

 

I don't blame him for shuffling the pack. What's the point having a big squad if you're too scared to use it?

We could just as easily have a stinker because our players are playing too many games without a rest. Been watching this game long enough to see those lethargic performances too.

He's between a rock and a hard place really. That starting 11 on paper was well good enough to beat St.Mirren. But of course you play on grass not paper!

 

St Mirren deserved it. We were * terrible.

Then there is dropping points like this which was just unacceptable. You'd hope this won't be repeated in future games.

I know it will obviously be argued otherwise due to individual performances in certain areas but starting Mooy and Turnbull * our entire game and clearly is a not a midfield fit to play Anges style together as part of the starting 11.

In hindsight and again, probably obvious to most, but it was strange starting Maeda in this as well given how St Mirren would come up against us.

Our defence was rank rotten today but for the most part I'd us missing CCV would have been far less evident if Ange started Hatate, O’Riley and Jota

 

Bad day at the office all around, not going to lose the rag or get particularly worried though, we've been flying so far this season and unbeaten in the league for a year, a blip had to happen at some point, that's football. We'll dust ourselves off and get back to it.

 

Make a couple of changes fair enough but the defence even on paper didn't look great. Win the game then rest the players that being said we never played last weekend and don't play again til October so there was no need to rest anyone
