Definitely need to make some changes at half time.

Unless I’m forgetting something, this is easily our worst performance this season - properly flat, with a slow midfield. I get wanting to rest players and give some others a chance, but the balance of the team is all wrong. In saying that, I’m still fairly confident that we can go on and win the match, if we make the right changes.

If St. Mirren were already putting on an eye-bleeding, ultra-defensive performance before they scored, I dread to think what it’ll be like now they’re in the lead.

It sums up our backwater league. Ange comes in with forward thinking football, the art of the game is to score goals but here we have to listen to Hun punditry praising a defensive and disciplined performance from anti football St Mirren . They had 19% possesion at home in that first half ffs

For those who are in love.....
Way too many changes of big hitters..

Change it up but no with that much creativity and pace coming out the side..

Been disgraceful and you could feel it from the off..

By the way how bad is Maeda. Every touch over hit. Offering fuckall. Passing pish. That chest for their goal..

Mooy has been robbed a few time's because he's so slow..

Short corners that are pish. McGregor has been pish on the ball in their third..

Front 3 have offered nothing. No link up. No passages of play. No threat whatsoever..

I'll be amazed if we don't make 3 subs at the break..

Hatate, O'Riley, Jota and even Jackie is suppose, that 4 won't be long til it's all on..

He was part of the problem. His passing was slow and conservative where our style requires crisp, quick movement of the ball. Tbh no one on that field for us played well that half.

    I'd keep Kyogo on 100%.

I'd much rather seen Turnbull and Mooy off and get some pace and energy and dig into the midfield.

Get Jota on as well and we should still be winning this game

2 strikers, please. The one thing StM are allowing is crosses (from Ralston). Let's take advantage. I just wish we could have done a rotated team earlier in the season. Now, some are a bit too rusty.

There is no space for runners to get into, we are playing at the tempo they want, slowing it down at every opportunity. We are not playing it quick enough forward, this is allowing them to get their 9 defenders back into position

I think McGregor and Turnbull are the problem here. Until McGregor and Mooy switched there simply wasn't any movement around the top of the box.

Forward into what space? This isn't a game that will be fixed by pace, they are loaded in defence and not coming out.

Mooy and Turnbull can't play in same team unless it's towards end of game when it's done. Both are far too slow

If we drop anything here, we could loose momentum when we come back from the International break and would likely give the Huns a shot in the arm

I never criticise Ange but I got that vibe too. So many changes, as if “we’ll pump them anyway”.

Now we’ll have to turn to the usual starters to dig us out the *.

Doesn’t really matter how much of the ball they’ve had. They’ve been organised and taken their chance.

I’d rather be 1-0 up than have 81% of the ball.
