3 points. That's all that was.

    Lennon's lesson:
    1. Needs to stop chopping and changing the formation. 3-5-2 is the best formation for us.
    2. Klimala works best off the bench at the mo
    3. Brown can be dropped.
    4. We need another left wing back pronto.

3 points but by christ that was painful viewing. I'm sure the players realise how important this season is... its * massive but its not showing on the pitch. Don't know what's going on with Eddy but he looks as though he cannae be arsed half the time.

You looking at these performances and telling me you're not concerned at this happening?

Mate we were very poor in 2 out of 3 against them last year, and so far this season look even worse.

    Christie was *.
The game passed Brown by again. Very poor.
Forrest well off it again. He needs competition.

Like I said, job done. But a couple of things need addressing. Scott Brown is not part of our strongest 11.

Back to back home games now and they * have two away games. Also our game in hand is a home one as well.

We had spells of * tonight but we got the job done. Duffy is gonna be some threat from corners. We will improve and get stronger.

Games like these are the ones that show the winners from the losers. On to Saturday and hopefully put in a good performance and put a few goals past Livingston and take our rightful place back where we belong. Hail Hail.

Guys we won 5-0 at the weekend.

This was a must win game, we won it. It was a lacklustre performance, but we got there.

If Eddie takes the penalty properly we would have probably popped in a couple more.

This is going to be a long hard grind of a season.

3 points were crucial. Looking at the positives tonight there was, well, em, 3 points...

I actually thought Taylor was a decent player, and would be getting better here, but he seems to be regressing. We really need a new LB/LWB pronto. Brown needs dropped for games like this. On tight pitches against packed defences we need to play at a really high tempo to drag them out of shape and he just doesn't seem capable of that now.

Hopefully we see a much improved performance at the weekend.

The changing of formation and players continually is having an effect on the fluency of the side too many players not turning up Efouard poor penalty Christie in general poor should have been subbed Taylor not really bringing anything in general a shot showing still not worked out how to play these teams that sit in and hit on the break on the narrower pitches

Really needing to get settled into the new formation and bed the new players in. Klimala didn’t offer much tonight but Eddy didn’t do much first half either. Ajeti has to be starting for me. If Griff can get himself fit it would be good to have him as an option too, him and Eddy’s partnership had a massive hand in our title winning run last year.

Taylor offers nothing going forward and bar his goal Forrest was pretty poor down the other side too. Elhamed had an off night tonight. CalMac was the best of the midfield.

Christie had a strange game two assist and won a penalty, he also won the ball back a fair bit but he give the ball away cheaply and wasted set plays second half.

All in all 3 points on the board and on to the next one on Saturday.

Wins a win but that was poor. I understand scrappy wins but that was poor to watch. They basically surrendered the ball to us that second half but we never really done anything with it. Lacked creativity and never looked like scoring.

That performance was more like coming back from a tough european game, a slog just to get the points. I dont like this a win is a win attitude, performances like that can become the norm. First half against County we were poor with the second a lot better. I said 5-0 flattered us and got shot for it. This game we were poor throughout. No drive, pace or cutting edge from the midfield again. We only showed a bit of pace when Frimpong came on. Broony needs dropped as does Christie. Calmac is a wasted talent sitting back. Taylor has no pace to play the wing back role. A good left side defender but lacks going forward. Forest needs competition or dropped as a reminder he shouldn't be an automatic pick but Lennon will prob start him and Broony regardless. If Broony is the leader he is then he should be chapping Lennon's door and telling him to drop him for a couple of games. A better team is going to do us over unless we start playing and stop the * defending. The Huns are * but the way they play gungho for the first 20 minutes could hurt us. Duffy was our MOM again. Hail Hail

Papering over the cracks,* needs sorted in the next week or 2 now.

Disgraceful yet again, not one game has stood out for us this season so far, even the 5-0 flattered us.

    * performance.

Get it fixed before we * it up.

Enormously frustrating player for about 70 minutes of a typical 90, but the difference (with Brown, not Forrest) is Christie comes up with the goods. Broony's not totally lost it, but he's starting to decline. Still more than capable of being in and around the regular playing squad, but the fact that we're still relying on him as our first choice, dynamic ball-winner at 35 is a joke.

That’s a good point tbf. Team deserve some credit for coming back from a losing position.
