If we get the huns in the final, you may hope I don't turn up. I've been to 5;or 6 gers cup finals and weve lost everyone of them. Goes right back to the skol cup final in 1990. But the law of averages will be on my side, I'm due to see us beat them in a Final lol.

On paper we got the hardest draw out the 3 teams , iv'e no worries about playing the huns anytime fed up beating them and cos its a game were certs to be up for.
Hearts will try and kick us off the park too but at hampden or parkhead they can't narrow pitch or park the bus and harder to get near us with our passing game when we get into full flow.

Struggling to score again. Same muck.

If we don't beat Hertz the Zombies will win the cup. So we better get the finger oot in the next few weeks.

I'm not too sure but it would make sense.

The main thing is that both teams don't play in the same city on the same day, polis would just be like nah mate.

Huns without Morelos or Lafferty was basically a buy into the final , Aberdeen will get a result there. Luckily for us , Hampden is literally the perfect pitch for a Brendan Rodgers side to go and express itself, as we have seen numerous times now. Huge and wide. We will win this cup.

You're spot on there buddy . Remember 3/4 years ago when they were supposed to applaud the champions on to the park . Half their team didn't even lift their heads .
The * didn't even try against the huns ,and as you say, throwing themselves at everything tonight

Quite cathartic, this victory. Hope we smash * out of Aberdeen on Saturday and normality will be restored.

Talking about 2 semi finals being played at Hampden within hours of each other is madness . The pitch is bound to be cut up for the second game . The simple solution is hold them a week apart , or one played at weekend and one played mid week . If Hampden is to be truly the " National stadium " , then the only action should be top internationals and cup semi/final fixtures . We need a decent surface for decent football , and Queens Park need banished to Lesser Hampden where they should have been playing since public money was used to tart up the place .

I was feeling like you too but from thinking back we were pretty unlucky.
    1. Griffiths header sitter 1st half.
    2. Mcgregor 1 on 1 sitter 1st half.
    3. Griffiths sitter in 2nd half x 2.
So at least we made some chances.
Plus the goal we actually managed to put in its a 5 nil doing.
Also St J played against us in a totally different way to the huns so not really a fair comparison, they never parked the bus there. After getting battered they would have been more determined than ever to not be done in again.

Since they are at home for Europa tie they should do a 12 noon k/o and we can do at least a 5 o'clock k/o since our Europa tie is away from home.

The first half was depressingly bad, but in the second we really picked it up and despite the * opponent it was the most urgent I’ve seen us since the Huns game, and before that Rosenberg at home in the CL qualifier.

Still got a long way to go

More of the second half performance. We looked like a proper team. Deserved the victory in the end, just need to build on it at the weekend now.

2nd half was more like it, we stepped it up a gear which me can do, moved the ball quicker, those * were lucky on a few occasions and we squandered a few chances, should have been 3-4, players need to be more clinical in future.

I think some fans and especially media have unrealistic expectations at times i mean lose a game or 2 its a 'crisis' start of early season , a team thats won back to back trebles then if we dont do a clean sweep again its seen as what ?failure and regression only ever won 5 trebles in history wich is an incredibly difficult thing to do and maintain.

Should have and could have had trebles under lenny and deila if not for "honest mistakes"
