Hes the kind of * who thinks every other league competition in Europe is just an audition for the epl.

 

He’s no Maldini though.

 

Who the actual * is Gary Breen? Seriously...

 

To be fair you can't * Breen off as being English. He may have been born there but he is Irish. He made it clear when he was a kid in the youth ranks making it very clear he only only considered himself Irish. Sadly he is far from an uncommon arrogant Irishman who is an epl fawning sycophant with a condescending sneering attitude to pretty much anything Celtic and or the spfl. I have nothing but contempt for soup takers like Breen not just because of what he says but because it is patently not based in reality when you look at how well players from Celtic and other spfl teams have done down there.

 

By the way whoever is writing the script for Duffy these days needs to be signed up as well. What a couple of weeks its been for him.

 

Just watched the game. Duffy was good considering it's only his 3rd match all season. Front foot defending, making interceptions bossing the defence. He was immense and will get much better.

Passing wise he was ok, and will improve made a good few cross field balls; which were accurate but probably meant for a big player to win rather than Forrest. Some of his short passing was behind a man especially out to Frimpong

Doesn't look slower than Ajer or Jullien just his isn't as agile as them.

I know nothing about him,maybe some of the Irish lads can help. I only posted that because if he’s going to start judging Duffy, then you would hope he had played at least to a decent level. He didn’t.

 

I remember him, he played at a time I was really into football outside Celtic. He played a fair bit in the premiership with Coventry. I think he was a half decent player but just nothing special.

 

Now if there was a team of gary breens...

 

A team of Gary Breens would be worse than a team of Gary Neville's minus a team of carraghers abilities.
