    I’ll put my hands up and say I was chuffed with this when he signed. Experienced, hard, no nonsense defender was exactly what we needed last summer and he seemed to fit the bill. Like everything else this season it was a disappointment.

    He came in, scored a couple then helped give away a * load of chances. I think he is just one of those premier league players who thinks playing in Scotland will be a piece of *. I'm not sure why we kept him past January as I think Welsh and Hjelde would have been better than him.

    He'd been Ireland's best defender and arguably best player for a few years before the move and his form for Ireland tanked right at the same time he moved so I don't think it was just him taking the league for granted. I can't see him getting back in the Ireland squad and I don't see many other teams wanting to take a chance on him with his wages now, but I'd love to know what happened in the span of a year for him to go from a legitimately good EPL defender to looking like an *.

    Du wei only got 1 half v Clyde in the Scottish cup whipped off at half time never to be seen again, poor guy never really got a chance- if every player was judged in one half of their debut then larrson would have been on first flight out of Scotland

    He played well today against Burnley going by all the reports and the marks out of 10 for players performances. I just feel that last season was a right off for all those involved at the club for whatever reasons. If it was this season I feel Duffy would have done a good job for us under Ange. Timing wasn't right

    If there’s ever a football who doesn’t suit the way Ange wants his teams to play, it’s Shane Duffy.

    Imagine him regularly receiving passes in his own box under pressure? He’d gift half a dozen goals away a season.
