    Don't think he's a guaranteed starter. A couple of our players keep him out of the Scotland midfield as it is

    As for the energy? I see the opposite, he slows the ball down in midfield consistently. Not what we need

    That's mainly down to Mcleish and he's not been playing regularly games for Man Utd , but anytime i seen him for Man Utd he held his own no problem.

    Hm. I'm not so sure about that. He didn't start prior to McLeish and if he was that talented I think his lack of game time at United wouldn't matter.

    The main point is we don't need someone like him. If we are going to sign a defensive midfielder at least make them more of a destroyer or someone who has proven quality and more to his game - McCarthy

    That tweet makes me so angry. We probably wont pay the wages of a player that at his usual best will certainly start so instead well fund another bit part player on a * loan, in a position we dont need any more quantity, bloat the squad further and take away more money from dealing with the areas that would actually improve the side.
