He said a few weeks ago he'll keep trying his hardest if Lenny keeps playing him. That says it all, I think he's even surprised he keeps getting played.

He's done. It is clear to see now. He is always shown up against bigger clubs, but now he's looking poor against lesser opposition.

He needs to step up at this point and go above the manager’s head. He owes us that.

Very difficult to phase someone like Broonie out of the side, but Lennon has made a terrible job of it so far...

He's played far too much and to have any chance of salvaging this season he needs to be on the bench from now on.. Certainly on Sun, would possibly give him a start in the Cup Final as he deserves that.

Would rather we bring him on the last 20 minutes of the final hopefully having taken the lead before that point. Honestly he's too far off the pace to be starting games anymore for me.

Thought he was very good in Milan, he can still contribute but it has to be, just has to be less and less.

Needs to be phased out from now on. Past it unfortunately. The amount of times players woulda just breezed past him last night whereas Soro was in amongst everything and can pass forward.

Been a great servent and player. Have never rated him as highly as some have but no doubt he will be well remembered at Celtic.

Broony is obviously coming towards the end of his career. However this season ends, it shouldn't be allowed to tarnish one of the greatest careers in the history of the club. He's been an absolute legend for a decade, and has been the driving force behind our 2nd "Nine In A Row".

Hes had a great Celtic career, an actual LEGEND. Its not as if he is 28 and not playing well, hes 36 next year. Theres a reason the average retirement age is around 35, Lennon has just overplayed him big time. I wanna see him lift his 10th League Trophy in a row, but to be in with a chance of pulling it back he cannot feature anywhere as much as he has in the previous 9...

Have said the same. Lennon trying to play him every game doesn't help matters. As he's coming to the end of his career he should be utilised correctly, especially as we evidently have players that are capable of moving in.

The closer we get to Sunday the more I actually want him to play, as I think he'll do fine, and it's unfortunately his best possible chance of a decent send off this season.

Will say it again though, don't want him next to Ntcham.

Don't change a winning side just to get Broony in the team that doesn't win you cups
If we do the job and we are 2 or 3 goals up then bring him on with 20 mins to go .

Using the logic that you pick your best 11 available then he doesn't deserve a start on Sunday. Broonie is a bona-fide Celtic legend but has faded badly this season. The team at present is not strong or confident enough to carry passengers and both Soro and Turnbull have played well, improved and slightly rejuvenated the side and merit starting the game.

3 games a week at 35 is no ones fault but lenny, lenny is the idiot who refused to use a 3.5 million pound replacement until the league was all but lost.Lenny is the idiot who picks eddy regardless of form.
I'm not going to slate \o/ to much because if Celtic tell you to play then you play.
After all these years service he has earned the right to be a club legend and it would be harsh to remove that status because of a managers failings.
90 mins in the cup final....no.But there is no reason he can't come on with 20 to go if we are winning so he can lift his last cup as captain of 2019.

Would be good to see him get a run out at the weekend and get some minutes into his legs.
