    Anyone else noticed the aura around Scott Brown that has developed these past couple seasons? He's had a long and trophy-laden career with us, but all through Strachan and Lennon's reigns nobody would use words like "legend" or "great". Actually I remember more than one season he was a favourite of people on Talkceltic match threads to moan about.

    His career with us has been a steady and unstoppable climb to greatness. Under Brendan, Brown has entered a new golden era of his career. I reckon that if we get the ten, Brown will be an eminent part of it. On numbers alone, he would be the player with his name to most titles in the ten. Who else was present the entire time? Forrest? Can't think anyone else.

    I wish I could find my first posts about him and Scott McDonald.....I said then I felt he had the potential to be a legend for us :56: I'm amazed that I was right :84: Everyone was saying he was a waste of 4 million my hubby included......shows what they knew :84:

    There seems to be an unhealthy obsession to make out Broony is something other than he is. A hard but generally fair player who yes has had his moment's down the year's..

    He's 100% right about the reaction though. I thought Stewart and Thompson were good and pretty scathing but it didn't last long in the media. Rewind back to the dog barker at the * pit starting a fight with Broony over an elbow that never was on the halfway line and it was talk of the place for the whole week after. All Broony did was stand his ground and that creature went down holding his chin like he'd been elbow dropped off Mr Miyagi..

    He knows it, we all know it....there's been an overdrive of about half the league's manager's trying to paint the league's most influential player and winner as some cowardly thug, Pedro, McInnes, Levein, Robinson straight off the top of my head. Then instead of calling it out we have experienced assistant bitter wee bawbags like Dodds sticking the boot in further and making out Broonys tackle after provocative and cheating at Ross County was even on a par with that * last week..

    We've plenty of enemies that's for sure. Means they're hurting and we're successful but..
