They're no as good a defence as made out..

If you look back to Europe and domestically, he has always kept them in game's..

He's actually third on the list for chances saved domestically this season which tells you he's been busy enough..

First game he makes Mo fluff it and Griffiths go away from goal and fluff it..

The 1 nil he keeps them in it with the Griffiths chance the pick of the bunch..

The 1 each game he made countless saves again that day..

The cup game again he makes a good few and then the penalty..

Today he tips 1 on to the bar and they go up and score immediately and we have a man sent off..

He's single handedly won them loads of point's tbis season alone..

We used to have a keeper much better than him last season. Now we have 3 that couldn't lace his boot's..

The Griff situation is an extremely tough one for me. Supported him through everything but had resigned myself to him having being finished the last couple of months.

At a push I'd say aye, keep him there as an option, for the reason you've said, but I don't think we should expect more than a bit-part role and the odd goal off him.

Would be delighted to be proved wrong though.

I sympathise with the language barrier but you can't say he wasn't given a chance. The guy was brutal.

Hes fantastic at reaching the touchline. Convinced he must think Kennedy is player manager kept trying to pick the * oot.

As uninspiring as Barkas has been I think its mad that he hasn't hasn't given these last 10.games or so to prove himself.

Kennedy’s decision to persist with Brown over Soro and Bain over Barkas are stone wall evidence that he does not know what he’s doing. There’s plenty other things he’s got wrong too.. but those two are inexcusable.

I'm not sure any of them are good enough for Hibs or Aberdeen. Scott Bain has been absolutely gash and to be honest the three months in our treble treble season where he didn't concede sort of gifted him a pass for poor performances post that. I really think the fact he can't get ahead of the hun back up keeper in the Scotland set up says plenty.
Bain is no better than Hazard or Doohan. The problem is Bain, Doohan and Hazard will all be here next season. Maybe we can sell Barkas for a couple of million but we won't have space for more than 1 keeper.

Caught the goals again online. * me this * is * pish it’s like watching Nuer and some fat 50 year old Sunday league keeper when you compare him to the beast at the other end. Would go as far to say he’s not even good enough to be a second choice

He’s awful. If he catches the ball he just stands there and holds it for ages instead of rolling it out quickly. Instead he likes getting the camera on him for a bit. Constant kicking it out of play or floating one to a full back aswell and don’t get me starting or saving shots.

He's nowhere near good enough. He's not even a good back up keeper.

How many times did he kick the ball out the park today?

Quite amusing that you've done this on quite a few player threads :56:

His technique of blocking the ball instead of catching is frustrating
    Not good enough

When we were pumping the huns 4 and 5, they had Foderingham or Alnwick in goals. Scott Bain is worse than both of them.

He is not a magician, some of our outfield players would be better in goal than these three. Barkas has been laughable,

Get Hazard out too tbh, the guy is 22 now and should be seeking regular first team football. He’s also simply not good enough.

There's got to be plenty absoloute banging 22 year old keepers with reflexes like gazelles on steroids. I'm happy to have a young keeper make silly mistakes if they save shots.

He's never a Celtic keeper in a million years. Did he win a competition to play in goals for us.

I'm sure he would have been involved in who came in and must have been happy and confident that they were or could be good enough
