Either do I but I don’t think he’s totally useless to us either. I love his attitude and I think Brendan does to.

He is a good player. But that is it. He is a good player. I hope he proves me wrong but he won't kick us on to the next level. A good player should be on our bench. Armstrong for example is head an shoulders above him. We should be upgrading. Not downgrading

Quite nifty if used on the wing, for example. Fast, and capable of setting up others.

He's far from useless but we don't really have a place for him, and I don't think he'll get a long enough run in the team to really grow as a Celtic player like Callum McGregor did.

We didn’t sign him as an Armstrong replacement, for one, Armstrong wouldn’t be able to do what he done tonight. He can also do the unpredictable. I like him, he won’t ever be a massive player for us but not every player needs to be.

We need good squad players as backup and he fits the bill

I didn't think he'd improve as much as he has, but I always thought McGregor was a great player to have in the squad. Even though I like him, I can't say the same about Christie.

I would keep him. Good squad player on a low wage. comes in and gives rogic or mcgregor a rest after europe, and who knows could flourish like mcgregor.

He had some good runs in the wings but all his shot attempts were horrible.

It's a good effort but if you cant be dangerous against such a team is hardly possible to think he could contribute to a squad with so many midfielders. Useless doesn't sound fair to him but as the time passes he only falls behind in the pecking order. Now we also have Johnstone above him.

Made a big impact when he came on, really good display and final ball. Looks to have added a yard of pace as well.

Plenty of effort when he came on but missed a great chance to score, really should have done better than skying it over the bar. Afraid he just isn't good enough unfortunately.

His shooting isn’t something I’m worried about:

Obviously we didn't sign him as a Armstrong replacement. We also depend on arzani or johnston to take the reigns on the wings. Like wise we depend on Christie to take the reigns in the midfield otherwise why sign him? He isn't going to be a first team player in the midfield - like Armstrong was.

I hope am proved wrong but christie is a Aberdeen standard player. He might look ok against suduva but he isnt a improvement on what we have had or sold

Wouldnae mind him getting a chance after the break. Really liked how when he got the ball into feet he was always quick to turn, has a lot more pace than I realised as well.

I like him, but don't see a place for him. Rogic is our no.10. If we play with 2 up front, then your probably looking at a more settled midfield of Brown/Ntcham/McGregor or Mulumbu being alternatively brought in.

No idea where Kouassi and Allan come into that picture, but that's another topic. So does he play in the 3 like that or is he backup for Rogic, or we do we play him wide...left? Where we've 4 players in Sinclair, Arzani, Johnstone, and Hayes. Wide right, we've Forrest...
