The Aberdeen loan deal worked wonders for the lad.
It took him a few months but he's growing into a real player.
We should be looking into loaning more players to SPL teams.

    Ajer - Kilmarnock
    Christie - Aberdeen
We have this year Miller at Dundee.

Yeah I don’t think he can be dropped, both will have to be patient for the time being. The 3 of mcgregor, Christie and rogic has worked too well to split it up straight away.

Should also be mentioned that we’ve had some really tough games throughout the period, it hasnt just been spfl cannon fodder we’ve been beating.

Glad we didn't get Mcginn or we wouldn't have seen him get a chance with us. Far better player of the 2. Just shows you that if you work hard and your good enough then you'll get your chance eventually.

Good motivator for our fringe/youth players.

100% should play the next 2 games, him McGregor and Rogic in the middle is the perfect balance and all in form, they deserve to play the big games just now.

yep its only been 3 years lol

if he had been one of our youths hed have been off to smaller club like the majority and truth be told 99% of them never reach the top level so we are doing the right thing

something obviously hit him hard close season/start of this season and that along with brendan willing to give him a chance and the bhoy playing out of his skin with no fear, it just clicked for him and us

so glad because you could see there was a player there

wonder why our players (scottish) develop so late though ? maybe not tough enough

Probably because it takes so long to rid their minds of all the prehistoric footballing education they get up until they come to Celtic.

And also because home-grown players need that bit of luck getting chances in first teams, especially when it's easier or more favourable to go sign a player for every other country in the world.

Think so ? Thought he done a job, looked like tiredness caught up with him in the second half though. Same as the full team really.

Definitely deserves to start on Sunday though.

If we had finished the game at half time, I would almost agree, though he was good in that period. Overall, in the 90 mins, I wouldn't class his performance as sensational though. Against Leipzig he was and he's been great in a few other games since he's been starting, just think he ran out if steam in the second half tonight. Probably more to do with our tactics though, which affected most of our players.

    Ryan Christie is jesus.

His second coming is a miracle as much as it's sensational.
