I've been shouting for Ajeti to get a run of games but between him and Griff they're both off it so it's a toss of the coin. Probably Griff edges it as he's a threat despite his 'issues'

I'd be inclined to try the 433, it gets Mikey game time in a positive position for him and allows trying both Ajeti and Klimala in slightly different roles, but with the ability to form a partnernship.
I am fully convinced, currently, that Klimala is more of a right sided version of Samaras and thus agree in a PROPER front 3 he would do well. Sinclair previously would have been a great player on the left side of this attack, but alas that is old news. I think it would be a slight change in roles for Mikey, but not massively, plays on the left and does like to be direct and cut in, so this could work.

Connelly, I am * desperate to see this lad get a game, but I wouldn't shoehorn him in at LB. From what I understand he would be about as capable as McGregor out there - which is sort of fine if every other actual LB is injured, but not for Connell to try and break in to the team. Unless I have missed him retraining in to one?

Bain, rather see Barkas for the many reasons.

This would be the last chance for Ajeti imo, if he's * again I'd rather start giving Klimala chances.

 

Seems like a ridiculous kick-off time for a Sunday game in winter... at the most remote ground and with no fans...

Griffiths and Eddy are easily our best front two but if Griffiths isnt selected for whatever reason then Klimala should start.

Surley this game could've been played today if not tomorrow lunchtime at least.

We all know the league is gone, but an opportunity to possibly cut the gap to 13 points from what was 23 points a few weeks ago (albeit for probably a few hours), could possibly have them * looking over their shoulder and maybe planting a tiny seed of doubt in their minds.

Like I said the league is over, but we played at 18:00 on Wednesday and they played away in Belgium at 20:00 on Thursday yet they will play before us this weekend giving them a chance to open the gap again. * shocking.

 

Convenient the kick off time for the orca like they don’t want us putting any pressure on them

I look at it like this: less time for their bodies to recover from the hard fight vs. Antwerp.

 

I don't understand people wanting Barkas, Ajeti & Klimala to start. The 3 of them are very poor and have NO future at our club. Very poor signings and we need to off load them along with the person(s) who were responsible for signing them ASAP at a loss financially. I would even bring back Bayo to fill the gap over Klimala.
