It was to see actual fans mindsets on it, like all other forum posts, but I feel I’ve learned enough.

One of the first replies in this thread was someone saying he enjoys talking about them and it’s the only joy he ever gets. Doesn’t that prove a point?

Why though it's boring af and no one really cares.. Starting a new thread would suggest you expected some sort on in depth discussion about it. As others have said, don't go on these platforms if it bothers you. I'm not on them and funnily enough I don't see it and therefore don't get bothered about it.

I mean possibly, I did ask him why he supports Celtic then but no reply. Regarding your future post about staying off social media to see a difference, well that comment mentioned would mean I’ll need to stay off here as well then. The thread dedicated to them on here is also ridiculous

I wouldn't class this forum in the same bracket as Facebook, Twitter and the rest tbh. By their very nature they are invasive. But if it has the same affect on you then yeah why not try staying off here as well for a bit.

Edit: the thread about them on here solves the problem you have though. It restricts most of the chat about them to one place and doesn't pollute the rest of the forum with it. If people want to discuss something about them then they know where to go. I don't think that's ridiculous just sensible.

 

Then don't use that thread, same as the other suggestions.
Honestly you'll find loads of content out there that doesn't cater to that sort of audience.

The cynic tend not to be too heavy in that * for that comparison of us to the Huns.

Here tends to be fairly decent for it, dedicated thread to them aside, we try not to associate too much of what we do with direct comparisons to them.

But like most places, there is some elements to that and you can always refuse to engage with that content, ignore, block, etc.
