    The government don't want treasure hunters ruining potential areas of archaeological importance.

    Lots of things of historical value still in the ground over here, I think with permission from a local authority you can detect beaches but * that, if I wanted to find empty cans I can do it without a machine :smiley-laughing002:

    Just bought this book the guy who wrote it is from Edinburgh to Irish parents similar to James Conolly good read .
