For those who are in love.....
The timing as mentioned hasn't been ideal to poor..

Taking that out the equation and just talking about our business in and out....it's been a good window though..

    Stronger in the goalkeeping department..

I think overall we're looking stronger in defence. Bit more depth to it in the fullback positions we've got a couple for each. Centre halves when all fit we look good..

Midfield we could've done with another in centre mid but we're still strong with no departures. On the wings we're definitely stronger with Mikey coming on, Elyounoussi and Shved amongst other's..

Up top we're stronger. Bayo coming on and looks a player and Griff back. Edouard improving each week..

Our youth signings are really good. Real strength and depth to add to the first team now..

If we'd signed an enforcer I'd rate it as a top window. Been a good one though..

Think we'll deffo be back for Turnbull in January..

    Cracking window.

We need to really use the squad now though and not rely on the same 4/5 to grind it out over a season.

Still light at CB and CDM but we can at least do different formations and rotate loads of players now.

    Inty this.

    Would rate it a 7/8.

The start rally was a shambles but and we seemed to take a few weeks to get a grip of things.

Hopefully the last week or so is the start time of how we start doing our business.

Think at CB with Ajer, Jullien, Jozo, Bitton, Elhammed, O’Connor we’re not too bad.

Similar with Broony, Ntcham, McGregor, Kouassi, Bitton who have all played the CDM in different sort of styles. Then you’d be happy putting Ajer there and Elhammed can apparently play there too.

    8/10 overall I think.

1 mark off for leaving it too late for the CL campaign, and another for not signing a CDM.

Other than that it's been good. Strengthened the first team squad in various positions and snapped up plenty of young prospects.

Come January all we'll really need is a CDM and CAM (i expect Rogic to leave if he doesn't regain his place), which in turn would actually leave us good for the qualifiers for the first time in forever.

    Gave it an 8.
Would've given a bit more if(others have stated), business was done a bit earlier.

But given the predicament that we find ouselves in re. the scouting situation right now, i think the 8 is fair.
Although had we had our perm' scouting team in place, i would probably have given it 7.

I honestly i think the club has done well this window.

CB Ajer and Jullien are obviously first choice. Jozo and Bitton are injury prone as * though. Elhamed does look like he’s be perfect for the RCB in a back 3 though. As long as one of Ajer and Jullien are always available we should be comfortable enough.

CDM again Brown seems like the only serious option for there. Bitton isn’t ever fit, Eboue isn’t in the picture and has only had 1/2 decent performances and even then looked better as a box to box.

Another CB and a CDM would’ve been a perfect window.

Think that’s a bit harsh on Bitton, the fitness thing seems to be one really bad injury and usually fit after that. Think Eboue will come into it, he had a really bad injury that takes a good while to get over

Also think that given the fact we got 25 mil for KT, we could've went that extra bit this window, * knows we've been due a decent transfer window for a long time now, on the plus side Lenny now has good options in defence.

We must have promised O’Connor a chance at 1st team football, he will be the CB when needed, otherwise why leave Man U?

But aye a DM and it would have been a high quality window, obviously tainted by the loss of KT.

If this could have been done in time for CL then it could been a good 8/10.

    It wasn't so it's got to be a 6.

Could be 10/10 if we’re the ones on the back pages in the morning.

KT was a massive loss but I think Rodgers refusal to rotate and basically coasting his job for the last 18 months made KT seem like a bigger loss than it really was.

If we had a proper athletic RB who could get up and down the pitch, and a LW who actually tried to get involved and commit players then we wouldn’t have relied on KT as much.

Our whole game plan for a while seemed to be getting him the ball and letting him run at folk.

Obviously a massive loss losing that talent but a having a balanced team and players who could attack from all over was always going to make us better even though we wouldn’t get a player anywhere near the level of KT in to replace him.
