    He was only with us for about 6 month but he was exceptional. Gutted we never signed him permanently and he's said a few times he's regrets he wasn't here longer

    Only because O'Neill wasn't willing to give him a longer contract, or at least O'Neill had made clear he wasn't in his plans long term.
