    It is a dream - he's on £12m a year in China.

Honestly I'd take deila back right now.

I think he got given way more of a hard time than he deserved.
He also suffered from having John Collins as an assistant manager. That's a toxic guy to have in the dressing room, just ask brown.

Ragnick, Howe, Marcelino and Jardim. That’s where we should be aiming. What we will do is phone up Strachan or O’Neill and see if they fancy it

Can we just put him on gardening leave?

Let's be honest, he's on a rolling contract (I would imagine) and is on less than a million a year.
Can only be around 600k left to pay him, either pay it or if he refuses it through stubborness, just send him out to the a training pitch once a week.

Hugely disrespectful to the manager to have something like this , it may come down to change but surely as celtic fans we are better than this ,it only plays to the huns enjoyment and media story makers .
It certainly looks like edouard has chucked it , along with ntcham and I dont know wot the * is going on with jullien , hes not playing so its hard to criticise him .
Christie is being made to carry midfield along with mcgregor at times , frimpong is being asked to do too much as well , there are far to many not doing thier bit and tracking runners ,we looked so lazy compared to sparta ,its the managers job to put the players he feels will do the job , if he feels there are players hiding , get them out the team.

Think its gonna be so difficult to come back from this for lenny , too many against him noo , I guess if some frank talking has taken place then he will have to say wot he feels the problem is , if the guys who call the shots feel its still worth backing him then they have to be 100% right ,no one is bigger than the club and even lenny who is a hero to me and many others is not untouchable, maybe this nxt game is the crossroads.

Wonder how much someone like him would be after ? 40k a week is better than * all. That could be our bargaining chip to any potential out of work manager wanting something till the summer when a bigger vacancy comes up.

We have no identity at the moment and no visible game plan. We don't press or counter, there's no tempo to our play or desire to win the ball back.

We have the players we need a manager who has a clear vision of how to play.

This should be an absolute given and it's not.

The Board should've sounded out the best possible manager we could attract, money that we spunked on squad fillers could've been used to pay the wages, our club isn't being run properly, mental when you consider we've just had the most successful decade in our history.

When they were "spunking money on squad fillers" there weren't the same calls for Lenny's head. Pretty well everyone bar Duffy and Laxalt, who are loan signings, was in the door before Ferencvaros.

    I'd never have Deila back.

Having said that, if Deila was managing us right now, he'd have been sacked long ago. Lennon gets a free pass.

I have a feeling we'll scrape a win this weekend and the nightmare will continue.

It's not disrespectful; it's natural. Can't just pretend everything's fine. Obviously people are going to discuss where we go from here when we're getting outplayed by the huns and pumped at home by depleted teams that haven't played in a month.

I've a lot of respect for Lennon but he took us as far as he was going to some time ago in my opinion and we need to look forward for the good of the club. I'd prefer he left before it got any more ugly than it had to.

Who the * cares what the media or the huns think, they will make up * regardless and laugh regardless.
This is about us, Celtic, now!

It is probably a fantasy, but if you're earning 12 million pounds a year it must get to the point where money isn't your motivation. You would hope?!

It's not as if the Newcastle job was straightforward, and he certainly gave that a go.

If Lennon should go it wouldn't be easy to get a new manager in. First we need to find the right person then you have to convince that person to take the job. Any future manager that takes it is under hugh pressure, it will make or break them. Win the league and be held in folklore and have on your cv that you took Celtic to 10 in a row. Lose the League and be remembered as the manager that fecked up 10 in a row.It prob suits an older experienced manager but has forward thinking of the modern game.
