    We are a disaster behind the scenes.
    The club restructure is the most important investment we could make this summer.
    Looking at the team put out today with 3 loans and 3-4 players guaranteed leaving in the summer (all with no replacement in sight) shows how cataclysmically it has gone wrong in terms of recruitment behind the scenes, and for years now.
