    Having silences, fans greeting on the streets, putting a display on, his picture on the stadium screens, area outside the stadium to leave flowers etc

    Yet they refuse to pay for the player.

    Seems to me Cardiff have milked this tragedy to suit themselves and for publicity.
    If he wasnt their player why would you go to all that bother?
    What an absolute * stain of a club they are as are all English clubs these days.
    But then if that was us I’d imagine we’d be trying to save ourselves the fee as well.
    Sadly that’s modern football - a business above all else.

    Cardiff offered him a commercial flight and for whatever reason he refused and went with the agents arranged flight. The rest is history. If I was Cardiff I'd be questioning the validity of the contract and the details of the flight simply because 15m for nothing is alot to fork out.

    However 2 people lost their lives and this should not be forgotten.

    Sad times for that family. One never knows what's around the corner. Reminds me of our old next door neighbor's in Ardoyne. Their father died and in the night of the funeral, the son gets knocked down and another car drove over him. On the day of his inquest his mother takes a brain aneurysm and dies in hospital. Decent family but very sad for the rest of them within a year 3 of them gone.

    Well this changes things tbh, who employed him to transport the player? I know Cardiff have been getting it stinking, but maybe they have a case about the fee after all.
