Definitely tomato but have been known to choose chilli base when in a Pizza restaurant. Pepperoni, white onion and green peppers is a perfect summer pizza. I have learned the more toppings the more likely your pizza will be soggy in the middle and particularly with mushrooms. My pizza night tomorrow night and can’t wait. :crazy3:

    Just cant get enough
Used to hate the thought of bbq sauce on anything but have recently started to enjoy it as a pizza base. Asda pizza counter is * class- easily as good as dominos or Pizza Hut at a fraction of the price.
Paesano is always good as well.

    ALL OF THEM!!!!
Gave up ordering take aways. I live ten mins walk from centre of the (so called) City, and they can never find me. Every time I order from somewhere, get a phone call from the driver asking where I am, coz they're totally lost. So I ask them the same question. Where the * are you like? Have to sit on phone for 10 mins giving directions. Every * time. By the time you get it, the driver spends ages trying to apologise an *. Usually very placid, but by that time am just sayin give us ma * delivery while it might still be warm ya *!

Not even a hard place to find. I had to find it on foot without a satnav before I moved in Ffs, and I don't even drive!!

I'd largely agree but I don't add too much basil to the sauce, I add fresh basil leaves after cooking. I also use fresh buffalo mozerella as a preference. Although I'll change it up if I get bored.

If you don't have a pizza oven then baking stone or steel is mandatory otherwise the bottom dough will have a * texture and no browning. It takes a lot of effort to make a decent pizza that doesn't taste like garbage, it's finicky.
