I used to get free pizzas off my pal that worked in Dominos, whenever it turned out to be a BBQ one I felt like I had been cheated.

Way too sweet man. Tastes like a full bag of sugar has been dumped in it.

Tomato base with a spicy chicken and pineapple top oot my local Indians. 9 times oot of ten it's brilliant, but when he hits the 10 it's like one of *'s angels has guided his hands.

O.k. a bit dramatic, but it's pretty good.

My favourite Pizza is Mexican Hot,followed by Pepperoni Plus with Mushrooms. Luckily we have a brilliant local Pizza delivery place, far better than the Sheepology Dominoes.
I class ham and Pineapple as a Food Crime:56:

There's a place in Kilsyth that does a Chicken Chasni pizza that would be right up your street.

If you like sweet and sour you need to try the Cantonese sweet and sour sauce from Farmfoods. Only a quid and its tasty as *. Mayflower is the company that makes it I'm sure.

Taken to making my own from scratch.

Nothing better than keeping it reasonably simple.

Tomato sauce base (San marzano tinned tomatoes, finely diced red onions, two cloves garlic, oregano, basil).

Pepperoni as much as you want

    Hand torn mozzarella.

    Doesn't need anything else.

The less toppings the better, also need a light base and crust, nothing worse than a heavy doughy pizza.

Google/search for Binging with Banish NYC style pizza.

He leaves the crust too big, but you can roll that out thinner to your own liking (in fact you can leave the base as thick/doughy as you want), but the recipe is a piece of * and turns out good every time.

Word of advise though, use it as a guide to start, you'll end up adding more water and/or flour as you knead it for getting it right.

Agreed. Too much dough/thick and it becomes a chore.

    Less is always best though.
If not pepperoni, chorizo will do.
If not that just grilled chicken or just ham.
Keep it simple. All about the sauce and the cheese.
