    No seen him play in about 4 years so I’ll need to take you guys word for it. He was decent in his heyday though.

    Stats are showing 5 clean sheets in 7 appearances. Games include: Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea away, Cardiff, Burnley.

    Celtic are not interested in signing former England defender Phil Jagielka.

    Reports emerged this afternoon saying Neil Lennon was keen on bringing the 36-year-old up to Scotland after he was released by Everton this summer.

    But Record Sport understands Celtic are not interested in the centre-back.

    There were also reports the Scottish champions were after Huddersfield Town’s Mathias Jørgensen, but those claims were also shot down.

    Would it be good to gave an experiened CB in for next season... obviously.

    But ppl need to learn that experienced doesnt actually equate to * elderly.

    Yes it costs more, but theres an obvious reason for that.

    36 years old?! Christ, we're not that desperate, surely. I'd rather focus on our youth if anything. Bring in players over 30 to be influences over the younger members of the squad and nothing more.
