Definitely gave us fresh impetus with good movement and work rate..

However a Celtic striker needs to score goals and I’m not sure he’s going to get that many..

An impact sub by the looks of things, when legs are tired.

To do that he could have buried the 2 easy chances he had that my 9 year old could have scored...

I like him. Clearly not the finished article but definitely benefits the team when he’s on.

Has a hand in the 2nd and 3rd goals by making a run that dragged a defender away leaving the goalscorer with a lot of space.

Can be happy with the impact he had. Don’t think he will ever be a lone striker but he’ll do well as part of a 2 man strike force.

Does the hard yards with pressing, good movement to drag defenders away and create space for others (ie Jullien goal). Can tell he was disappointed not to score which is the sign of a hungry striker. Already proven he can hit the net.

Has to work on his technique and his composure in front of goal but his movement and work rate can never be questioned.

Definitely think he’ll be useful this season because he’s a pest.

Good player. The coolness in front of goal will come.

I wouldn't like this guy to be a striker in any other team in the SPFL, purely for his movement and that's a good sign he'll probably stay in the squad for the season

    I like him.

Was desperate for him to score that 1 on 1. The 'tap in' took a slight nick off the defender in front of him.

Nice to see fellow Celts writing him off already, at least the covid break didn't change that feature in our support. Kinda reassuring things are getting back to normal.

Movement was great for sure just needs that finishing touch, he must be lacking that in training and that's why the gaffer left him out, can only speculate.

Getting in the right areas is more important than putting those chances away at this stage, imo.

For those who are in love.....
The one flashed across the face I'm no worried about. His goals in pre season show that they're the one's he's been putting away..

It's the composure 1 on 1 when running in. Needs to work on that a lot and with game time, confidence and goals that will come..

Was exactly like the Clyde chance..

Lot's to work with and Lot's to improve on but I think he's pretty decent all in. Strong. Quick. Has good movement/good foil..

The sitter he missed he probably didn't expect it until it was too late tbh (still should've finished it though).

The one on one he needs to be putting that away. Either side of the keep, chip it, go round him. Not straight at him Paddy.

    Very promising from him though.

His first touch was brilliant when he came on, a few times took it on his chest and linked up the play nicely, if he took that chance we’d be raving about him.

Still has parts to improve on but he’s spot on with his attitude and willingness to work for the team.

He's got to do better with the 1 on 1. Didn't even work the keeper properly. Definitely got a wee bit about him tho.

Work to do in front of goal and with composure. No doubt his confidence has been knocked a little by Lennys very confusing stance regarding strikers.

But, in saying that, his work rate, running power and positionally wise he is good. That alone is causing defenders a bit of bother. Dragging them in to area's they don't want to be in. This allows our midfielders in to the game giving them space, which is gonna be crucial against 2 parked buses.

Think he'll be a decent partner for another striker. A good option for us.
