Madness based on today Eddy is nowhere near the standard of Leigh Griffiths what a weird statement to make

 

Baffled by anyone who's first response to today's performance is to give this guy abuse.

 

Nobody knows yet you're making an assumption on ten mins in a game where nobody got pass marks. Based on today do you think Eddy is as good as Griffiths ?

The reality is the guy has came in worked his balls off to get in to the shape the manager wants been really good pre season and scored a good goal last week. Yet people are bashing him because Leigh Griffiths ?

Yeah fair enough, he's had very few chances so far so I wouldn't write him off at this stage.

Whether he has what it takes to replace Edouard when he eventually leaves is definitely up in the air though.

Of course im * talking about everything Ive seen from Klimala since he came to Celtic and ive seen games from him while playing from his previous club, he is nowhere near as good a finisher as Leigh Griffiths or all round player. * mental to suggest otherwise.

 

What a * mental take on a player how many games has he played in fact how many minutes even ?

 

Klimala just turned 22, he can be moulded just like Leigh was.

 

Yes totally agree. I hope Klimala becomes as good as Leigh if not better but at the moment he is nowhere near as good. In this potential 10 in a row season we need players that are good enough NOW not in a couple of seasons time.

You never answered me. Since when did Leigh Griffiths become the benchmark anyway ? I'll bet Klimala has a better goals to mins ratio than Griffiths if you want to get arsey about it. You're judging a player on about 3 games worth of football if even that

I'm not sure klimala has even accumulated 90 minutes of league football since January.

Nope. Never said that at all. Simply that I'd rather him right now than a guy that can't follow the rules the club has set. Klimala will probably be nowhere near Griffiths standard. But he's more use to us right now.

 

Klimala has loads of potential imo but it's amazing what u have to pay for someone quite a bit away from first team ready these days. Especially strikers. £2/3 million for a prospect. I tell u what, it's an expensive game this malarkey.

He'll always give you effort and a lot of running off the ball which is good, and there were some small signs that he could develop a partnership with Edouard, today. It'll come with time (I hope).

 

Thought klimala done well considering, don't think he'll ever be a 25+ goals a season striker but can see him being a good secondary striker
