    On 23rd July 2016, Bamford signed for Scottish champions Celtic on a 3 year contract after being released by Chelsea.

    A player who Rodgers will know well and has bags of ability. Likes a lot of the Chelsea youngsters, he's struggled a bit due to being bounced about on loan to different clubs. Has definitely impressed for spells though. Potentially an alternative to Sinclair to play off the left of a front three?

    I really rate Bamford would be a cracking signing, was outstanding in the championship.

    Would love him here, we're being linked with a Chelsea Defensive Midfielder also Nathanial Chalobah on loan according to a few Chelsea boys. Probably bullshit

    He had a great season at Middlesbrough a couple of seasons ago, although whenever I saw him play I wasn't impressed. Barely kicked a ball last season.

    Not sure if I want him. We just signed a young striker with potential, if we're getting another I'd rather it was someone a bit more experienced.

    i wouldnt mind this could be a good backup.we only have 3 strikers griffiths dembele and ciftci and i dont think ciftci is good enough.

    is young.hes english which is good,which means he will be worth a fortune if he makes it up here.he play can different positions.he wont cost anything.

    he had 3 good seasons with mk dons,derby then middelsborough.a nybody know what happened last two years has he been injured?

    Aston Villa are looking to sign him and Bamford along with a few other youngish Chelsea players were left out of the squad that flew to America the other day( Van Ginkel and a few others).

    I would like to sign him, guessing it would only be a loan deal. However I reckon he has enough quality to add to the team.
