Back to league action this weekend against our main Glasgow rivals. Hopefully we kick on from our win over Morton.

Aberdeen have a home game against Killie which should prove to be relatively straight forward, although they tend to implode whenever they get within touching distance of top spot.

The way I see it, we're four points clear (although you wouldn't think it the way some * on here are pishing themselves), and if we win against Thistle it'll heap the pressure on the sheep.

Basically a win for us this weekend, and anything less than a win for Aberdeen would see us go six points clear (maybe even seven).

At that point I'm calling game, set & match on the title. We may drop another few points during the remainder of the season, but Aberdeen certainly will.

Much more important game than that other game everyone seems to be talking about. Drop points and the sheep could very well be ahead of us by Saturday evening (as they plat at Firhill tomorrow).

I'm at Parkheid on Saturday night for Paddys, always a better buzz if we've win on the day so hopefully it's a good performance and result!

    Johansen will be injured.

    Bailly

    Lustig
    Sviatchenko
    Mulgrew
    Tierney

    Brown
    Bitton
    McGregor

    Gms
    Roberts

    Griffiths..

McGregor and Bitton with license to go and express themselves and Mulgrew to step up like Vvd did as he's capably on the ball, minus the legs..

Think the balance would work quite well, as long as 1 or 2 from central midfield were breaking with Roberts/Gms and Griffiths..

    3 or 4-1 to the good guy's..

You could put Allan in that central 3 as he'd be more suited with the cover and has been playing with more dig of late..

Looked like more of a 4-3-3 yesterday than the usual 4-2-3-1. Hard to tell on the TV though. Anyone at the game confirm this?

If it was a 4-3-3, it looked much better. So I'd go same again.

    Gordon

    Lustig------Sviatchenko------Mulgrew------Tierney

    Brown------Allan------Bitton

    Roberts--------Griffiths----------GMS

It was more of a 4-3-3 yesterday, in the first half anyway. Was much more effective.

    If so

    Gordon
    Lustig Sviatchenko Mulgrew Teirney
    Bitton
    Brown McGregor
    Commons Griffiths Mackay-Steven

Roberts to make an appearance but I'd start Commons who needs a run of games and can be relied upon in a big game.

Let those 5 ahead of Brown run riot.
