Oscar Pistorius Shoots Girlfriend Dead

Yeah it does seem really odd that he would get out of bed and wander about without his legs on, surely he'd pop them on and then go wherever. And what was he doing on the balcony anyway. Surely he would check the bed for his mrs and see if she was there first. If you live with someone and you hear a noise you surely assume its the other person. I'm not buying this "ah * it I'm just going to fire a few shots in my bathroom anyway". His mrs could have been using the toilet through the night. Sorry but for me it's far too suspicious, how the * can you shoot somebody 4 times in the head through a wall when you're dragging yourself aboot with nae legs? He's guilty as far as I'm concerned.

 

The guy should be a paid assassin with that level of accuracy.

 

If this is what a burglar looks like in South Africa, I'd be leaving the front door wide open and putting the kettle on...

It's weird to start firing a gun into a bathroom when hearing a noise without checking where his girlfriend was first.
It's an awful weird room to be rummaging through in the first place if it was an intruder.

He sounds guilty.

 

It's even weirder that he claims to have broken the door down with a cricket bat AFTER shooting through the door.

Maybe he should have tried knocking on the door first

 

One thing struck me as interesting after reading what went on today. Apparently he appeared to be the calmest, when his defence attorney was grilling the detective and got him to partially contradict himself etc. The rest of the time, when the prosecutor was presenting the case and charges, he was sobbing incontrolably.

 

He kept the gun beside his bed. So if he grabbed that, how could he not notice that his girlfriend wasnt in bed?

And if he shouted into the bathroom like he said, would she not answer back if she was just using the toilet?

Conflicting statements all round and this is just the bail hearing

 

How does he manage to leave his bed and get the gun without realising his Supermodel girlfriend isn't there...?

 

It seems unlikely he is innocent, but to me it just shows how easy it is to kill when guns are so freely available.
In my own opinion, he has lost the plot and done her in in a fit of temper.
I do have a small amount of sympathy for him though if that is what happened, as i know how absolutely crazy, fights between a man a woman can get!

 

What type of Burglar breaks in a house then goes to the toilet?

 

Just means that even if he is innocent, his athletics career is down the pan.
